AI Transparency Notice

Provided in line with EU AI Act, Article 50.

Untangled contains two AI features. Both are clearly marked in-app with an AI badge, so you always know when you're interacting with AI.

1. Setup assistant AI

Turns your rough notes into draft handover items. You review and approve everything before anything is shared with the other person.

2. Vault Assistant AI

Answers your questions strictly from the notes your ex-partner documented. If it can't answer, it will offer to forward your question to the human — but only with your explicit confirmation, and only up to 3 times per person, ever.

Limits and honesty

• AI answers can be inaccurate. Sanity-check anything important.
• AI processing is transient — content is never stored by the AI provider.
• Your notes are never used to train models.
• You are always informed when you are interacting with AI.
