Untangled is a logistics tool that helps two consenting adults hand over practical knowledge after a breakup. Please use it as intended.

Acceptable use

You must not use Untangled to harass, threaten, monitor, or coerce another person. If a vault is being used that way, we may suspend it. In-app reporting is available.

Your content

Notes are user-provided. We don't verify accuracy — we can't; we can't read them. You are responsible for what you put in your vault.

AI is not advice

The AI assistant can be wrong. It is not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. For anything that matters legally or financially, ask a qualified human.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Vault deletion at 90 days is a feature, not a bug — export anything you want to keep before then. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us (currently €0).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
